Support pupils with emotional awareness with this Zones of Regulation keyring; a simple, practical tool designed with classrooms in mind.

This handy resource includes four colour-coded discs, each representing a different emotional zone. Pupils can flip to the colour that matches how they’re feeling, helping them recognise and communicate emotions independently and discreetly.

🔵 Blue – Sad, low energy, tired
🟢 Green – Happy, calm, ready to learn
🟡 Yellow – Anxious, frustrated, excited
🔴 Red – Angry, overwhelmed

Each disc has a diameter of 5cm and is 3mm thick, with a cut-out design to make the zones quick and easy to identify. Ideal for use with individual pupils, SEN support, intervention groups, or whole-school wellbeing strategies. Supplied with a lobster clasp key chain.
