As a primary teacher it is crucial to help children to develop a positive "Growth Mindset. We have developed a series of posters, stickers, certificates, bookmarks and card reminders based on the work of Professor Carol Dweck who is known for her work on the mindset psychological trait. The poster will also promote a "can do" attitude in your staff room amougst collegues. After all, as teachers we need this reminder as much as our pupils.
