When will my order be posted out to me?
All UK Mainland orders that are under 6kg placed before 4pm will go out the same day Mon-Fri only.
All UK Mainland orders that are over 6kg and placed before 2.30pm will go out the same day Mon-Fri only.
UK Mainland Exceptions - All orders which contain personalised products take a a few working days extra.The extra days are shown below for the different personalised products:

- Personalised Certifi-CARDS - 2 extra days

How do I return an item?
If you aren't happy for any reason then we offer FREE returns. Simply call 0800 783 2468 during office opening hours or email info@primaryteaching.co.uk and we
will instruct you on how you can return your goods.
In the unlikely event you're not satified with your product or any part of the service you have recieved we need to hear about it, so we can make it right for you and prevent this from happening again. Please call us on 0800 783 2468 or 01772 33 11 11, alternatively you can email us on info@primaryteaching.co.uk . We'll take the necessary details, set up a return and give you the FREEPOST address to return any products.
