Please note if our design team need to edit your image this may incure a design fee, we will let you know of any charges before we make any changes.

The image shown above includes bleed, your finished product(s) will therefore be slighlty smaller.

Due to copyright law we cannot print certain logos or images unless you own the copyright. We reserve the right not to print personalised products which contain images or wording which we deem could be offensive.

When will my order be posted out to me?

We endeavour to despatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same working day (orders containing personalised products must be placed before 12pm). If your order is placed after these times, it will be despatched on the following working day.

How do I return an item?

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day goodwill returns guarantee for unwanted non-personalised products. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Items returned under this additional guarantee must be in their original condition and packaging. Unless we agree otherwise, customers pay the standard return postage fee of £3.96 for returning unwanted goods under this guarantee.
