Designer's Tip - When choosing the font colour, choose one which is a clear contrast to the background colour. I.e yellow font on a purple background will look great, but yellow font on a white background won't easily be seen.

When will my order be posted out to me?

We endeavour to despatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same working day (orders containing personalised products must be placed before 12pm). If your order is placed after these times, it will be despatched on the following working day.

How do I return an item?

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day goodwill returns guarantee for unwanted non-personalised products. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Items returned under this additional guarantee must be in their original condition and packaging. Unless we agree otherwise, customers pay the standard return postage fee of £3.96 for returning unwanted goods under this guarantee.
