This product is for bulk orders of the same pencil colour with the same message, or small orders in a mix of pencil colours. If you have a lot of names, you can upload a list or free type these easily using this product.

The print area is one row of text which can run to the full length of the pencil.

Your pencils will arrive pre-sharpened, with an integrated eraser.

When will my order be posted out to me?

We endeavour to despatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same working day (orders containing personalised products must be placed before 12pm). If your order is placed after these times, it will be despatched on the following working day.

How do I return an item?

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day goodwill returns guarantee for unwanted non-personalised products. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Items returned under this additional guarantee must be in their original condition and packaging. Unless we agree otherwise, customers pay the standard return postage fee of £3.96 for returning unwanted goods under this guarantee.
