Q. How do I edit my order

Q. I forgot to use my discount code, how do I add it on?
A. To add a discount code to your order, please contact our accounts team on 01772 33 11 11, or email at info@primaryteaching.co.uk.
Q. I haven’t received a confirmation email, how do I get one?
A. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your email’s spam folder. If it is not in your spam, please contact PTS and we will send you a copy invoice.
Q. How do I return/exchange a product?
A. To arrange a return or exchange, please contact customer services on 01772 33 11 11, or email info@primaryteaching.co.uk. The team will provide you with a freepost return address and any other information that you require.
Q. Can I return personalised products?
A. If there are any problems with your personalised products, where PTS is at fault, you will be offered a full refund or replacement. Where personalised products have been misspelled by the customer, or the incorrect items have been ordered, refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
Q. How do I report a problem with my order?

Q. How do I cancel my order?
A. To cancel your order, please contact customer services on 01772 33 11 11, or by email at info@primaryteaching.co.uk. If your order has been dispatched, you will be given a freepost address for returns and your refund will be arranged. Please be aware that personalised products cannot always be refunded (see above).
