Q. How do I edit my order?

A. To make changes to your order after you have placed it, please contact customer services on 01772 33 11 11, or by email at info@primaryteaching.co.uk.

Q. I forgot to use my discount code, how do I add it on?

A. To add a discount code to your order, please contact customer services on 01772 33 11 11, or by email at info@primaryteaching.co.uk.

Q. I haven’t received a confirmation email, how do I get one?

A. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your email’s spam folder. If it is not in your spam, please contact PTS and we will send you a copy invoice.

Q. How do I return/exchange a product?

A. To arrange a return or exchange, please contact customer services on 01772 33 11 11, or by email at info@primaryteaching.co.uk. They will provide you with a freepost return address and any other information that you require.

Q. Can I return personalised products?

A. If there are any problems with your personalised products, where PTS is at fault, you will be offered a full refund or replacement. Where personalised products have been misspelled by the customer, or the incorrect items have been ordered, refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.

Q. How do I report a problem with my order?

A. To report a problem with your order, please contact customer services on 01772 33 11 11, or by email at info@primaryteaching.co.uk. The team will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly and as easily as possible.

Q. How do I cancel my order?

A. To cancel your order, please contact customer services on 01772 33 11 11, or by email at info@primaryteaching.co.uk. If your order has been dispatched, you will be given a freepost address for returns and your refund will be arranged.

Please be aware that personalised products cannot always be refunded (see above).

Q. I’ve been sent the incorrect items, what should I do?

A. Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. Please contact customer services on 01772 33 11 11, or by email at info@primaryteaching.co.uk. The team will sort out the problem and get the correct items sent out to you as quickly as possible.
