Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our online Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" then fill in the details that we need to be able to proceed with your order. All fields marked with a red * are compulsory fill in fields, as this information is necessary to complete your order.
For credit card security purposes, please ensure that if you pay by credit or debit card that you enter the cardholders home address details in the invoice address section. You may still have the order sent to your school address by specifying a different delivery address.
Shipping And Handling
Postage and packing are free where items are ordered with a credit or debit card. Where goods are ordered on account in the name of a school, then a handling charge of £3.25 will be added. On orders containing record books carriage is FREE to the UK mainland, excluding the Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland. We aim to despatch your order same day, if you order before 3.30pm. We use Royal Mail First Class service except for heavier items when we use a next day courier service. The only exception to this is personalised items, most personalised items are despatched within 24 to 48 hours, except stampers and reading record books, which we will despatch separately from other items on your order. The delivery schedule for personalised stampers and reading record books is up to 7 days from receipt of order.
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is included. Orders from the Channel Islands are exempt from VAT and this is deducted from your order.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases, so all of our products come with a ‘no quibble guarantee'. If for any reason a product you ordered does not come up to your expectations, simply return it to us and we will refund you. No ifs, buts or maybes .

Primary Teaching Services NEVER discloses customer's information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Cancellation of Orders
You are free to cancel your order at any time up to and including 7 days after delivery of your order. Please contact us before returning any products. Any items returned non-faulty must be adequately packaged and returned to us in re-saleable condition for a full refund or replacement.
Please note FREE items are at the discretion of PTS and if we feel this has been 'abused' we reserve the right to not send out FREE items.
