Delivery Details

Shipping And Handling Postage and packaging are free where items are ordered with a credit or debit card. Where goods are ordered on account in the name of a school, then an account handling charge of £3.25 will be added. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship items outside of the U.K. and Channel Islands.

On orders containing record books, carriage is FREE to the UK mainland, excluding the Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland. For a quote on delivery to these areas please call 0800 783 2468.

Delivery Schedule If you order before 3.30pm , we will normally despatch your order to you the same working day. The only exception to this is where your order includes personalised items. Most personalised items are despatched within 2 working days, except stampers and reading record books, which we despatch separately from other items on your order. The delivery schedule on personalised stampers is 7 working days and reading record books is up to 10 working days from receipt of order.
